One of the core means by which we participate in the Academy is through cohorts. Cohorts are groups of 6-12 committed individuals coming together for 30-90 days to focus on developing a specific skill. Subjects include everything from communication and leadership to blacksmithing and bookbinding to dancing and philosophy to literature and more. The common focus across all cohorts is our development as learners within community.
